ABOUT NATALIE
Meet Natalie Quinn, MA, RP
I believe healing happens when we include the whole person—mind, body, and nervous system. While many of us try to think our way through challenges, stress and trauma often live beyond words, stored in the body. When the body is overlooked, healing can feel incomplete or short-lived.
When the nervous system is overwhelmed or shut down, you may feel anxious, disconnected, numb, or stuck. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore a sense of safety and balance.
In body oriented talk therapy, we will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are connected, using both insight and gentle body-based practices such as grounding, breathwork, and somatic-informed awareness to support regulation and healing.
You don’t need prior experience with this work. We’ll move at your pace, guided by curiosity and compassion rather than pressure. Many clients come to me after finding that talk therapy helped to a point, but didn’t create lasting change. By including the body, therapy can become more integrated, supportive, and sustainable.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood—so change can unfold naturally over time.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology (Hons. BA) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.
